BALE WRAPPER
The main frame is attached to the tractor's three-point linkage, while the lower frame is attached to the main frame with two pins secured with spring pins.
The wrapper is powered by a hydraulic motor from the tractor's hydraulic system through a special valve that ensures smooth starting and stopping of the rotating frame with the wrapped bale.
The film cutter with circular knives for cutting the film is attached to the rotating frame near the roller drives. As the frame rotates, the film removed from the unloaded bale is fed between the cutter's flat bars onto the circular knives and cut.
Electronic wrap counter with contact sensor and readout; the number of wraps is displayed in the tractor's operator's cab.
Unloading wrapped bales is achieved by tilting the lower frame (including the rotating frame and bale) backward after unlocking it (by pulling a cable) and partially raising the wrapper on the tractor's three-point linkage.
